Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Part-Time Diploma Educator to join our network of centres in Rockdale, Padstow and Brighton Le Sands. You will work collaboratively to deliver play-based learning that supports each child’s growth across multiple services.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, First Aid/CPR and Child Protection certificates, plus EYLF/NQS knowledge. You’ll travel between centres with a reliable vehicle, contributing to a supportive, growth-focused

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS; excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children’s learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
