Job summary

Mini Masterminds Schofields is seeking a Part-Time Diploma or Certificate III Educator for lunch cover to join our nurturing early childhood team. In this role you will support planned play-based learning, observe and document progress, and build strong connections with children and families.

You will work 10am–3pm, Monday to Friday, delivering safe, inclusive care in a 120-place centre. The position offers above Award wages and opportunities for professional development within a supportive

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in an early childhood education and care setting (student placement experience will not be considered as relevant employment).
• Must be able to work 10am-3pm Mon - Fri (5days).
