Job summary

Donnybrook Dental Surgery in Western Australia is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join a five-chair practice. You will manage patient appointments, billing, payments and records, while supporting clinical care delivery and promoting patient education in dental health.

The role requires providing chairside assistance, handling X-rays, delivering excellent customer service, coordinating lab work and maintaining compliance in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Front-office and chairside support experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Strong customer service and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate lab work and manage daily schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance, support treatments and X-rays, and maintain clean, compliant treatment rooms.
• Deliver excellent customer service by managing patient enquiries, bookings, payments, and maintaining accurate records.
