Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and management reporting.
• Experience extracting and analysing information from ERP or similar systems.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets and/or Excel).
• Experience creating dashboards and KPI reports for management.
• Attention to detail and ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Extract, collate and analyse data from ERP and other sources.
• Develop regular Operations, Sales and Management Reports.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Develop automated reporting tools using Google Sheets and other apps.
• Ensure timely and reliable information for decision making.
• Consolidate information from departments to show business performance.
• Identify reporting requirements with senior management and translate to solutions.
• Analyse trends and performance against targets.
