Job summary

Capral Aluminium is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a secure, full-time role with two fixed Monday–Friday day shifts: 5:00am–1:00pm or 7:00am–3:00pm. You will be part of a supportive team, with no weekend work and ongoing training. Help keep stock flowing and orders accurate while contributing to a leading Australian aluminium manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse or storeperson experience.
• Stable employment history.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• LF Forklift Licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming stock.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Safely load and unload company and customer vehicles using a forklift.
• Book couriers and coordinate outgoing deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process warehouse transactions using SAP.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running safely and efficiently. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be involved in receiving stock, preparing customer orders and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and accurately store incoming stock


• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch


• Safely load and unload company and customer vehicles using a forklift


• Book couriers and coordinate outgoing deliveries


• Maintain accurate inventory records and process warehouse transactions using SAP

About You:

You’ll be a reliable, safety-conscious team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
