Job summary

Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Officer (Parental Leave Cover) in Dubbo, NSW. The role focuses on frontline customer support, handling inquiries, and delivering solutions with empathy across multiple channels.

The position offers a 25-hour week (Mon-Fri, 9:00am–2:00pm) with potential to contribute to improving the customer experience. Parental leave cover for 12 months, with opportunities to grow within the Customer Experience & Engagement Branch.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good computer literacy and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Be the vital link between the organisation and customers, providing clear communication and support.
• Perform customer service tasks following established procedures to support the Customer Experience Centre.
• Stay up-to-date with Council services to provide accurate information to customers.
