Job summary

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is seeking an experienced CSSD Educator on a permanent part-time basis (40 hours per fortnight) to lead education and development within the Central Sterilising Services Department. You will report to the CSSD Manager and ensure high standards of patient safety and care across CSSD operations.

The role requires Certificate III in Sterilisation and strong experience in reprocessing, infection control and quality systems, with the ability to train and assess.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Sterilisation is required.
• Experience in reprocessing, infection control and quality systems.
• Ability to train and assess staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead education and development within the CSSD.
• Report to the CSSD Manager and ensure patient safety and care across CSSD operations.
• Coordinate training and assessment of CSSD staff.
