Qualifications

• Significant experience as a CSSD Technician or Supervisor within a hospital setting.
• In-depth knowledge of sterilisation methods, infection control and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CSSD operations including decontamination, sterilization and distribution of medical equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of sterilization equipment.
• Drive compliance with AS/NZS 4187:2014 and NSQHS standards.
