Job summary

CPAP Direct in Penrith is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Assistant for a part-time role in our Penrith store. Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and Saturdays 9:00am–2:00pm. No CPAP knowledge is required; we will train you.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-focused retail or customer service is preferred.
• Attitude and personality are valued; training provided.
• Able to work the stated schedule (Mon-Wed, 9:00am–5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am–2:00pm).

Responsibilities

• Setting up home sleep tests
• Assisting customers with CPAP purchases, including machines, masks and accessories
• Troubleshooting issues with CPAP equipment
• Building rapport and effective relationships with customers
• Providing patient education and advice on sleep health
• Using POS systems
• Basic reporting, general administration and cleaning duties as required
• Providing exceptional customer and after-sales service
• Building professional relationships within the sleep health industry
