Job summary

ResMed Inc. is seeking a compassionate casual sales and customer service assistant in Queensland. You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, assist customers with mask fittings, and ensure therapy equipment is set up and maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy retail or customer service environment.
• Caring and outstanding reception duties to customers
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and show compassion
• Strong customer service mindset focused on best outcomes for individuals

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in-store and over the phone.
• Investigate and help customers solve therapy issues.
• Provide setup, ongoing support and equipment to maintain therapy quality.
• Fit customers for masks and recommend appropriate masks after training.
• Advise customers on safe/effective use of medical equipment.
• Sell new or additional services over the phone and follow up on trials.
• Maintain retail premises and displays.
• Handle payments, balance float and banking.
• Manage stock levels and re-order stock as needed.
