Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor at our Smithton Service Centre in TAS to welcome customers and discuss tailored banking solutions, in person or over the phone.

This is a part-time role, 19 hours per week across 3 days, with training provided and a focus on delivering exceptional service while working toward sales and referral targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Resilience to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations.
• Comfortable working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers.
• Numerical capability with cash handling and completing financial transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage to uncover their banking needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Assist customers in-person or over the phone and refer to Banking teams when needed.
• Contribute to meeting sales and referral targets while handling transactions accurately.
