Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Permanent Part-time Home Care Worker to support clients across Boonah and surrounding areas, providing personal care and daily living assistance in clients' homes with a compassionate team.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent, possess a valid Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle, and have current First Aid/ CPR and working rights in Australia. A Police Check is required.

• Australian Driver licence and own vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Police Check valid within the last 3 years.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance in clients' homes.

We have a Permanent Part-time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients across Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale, Rosevale and surroundings areas.

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way.

About the role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

• Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
• Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Experience in care role highly regarded
