Job summary

Accor is seeking a Part-time Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery. You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of kitchen operations, including banqueting, breakfast service and in-room dining, while supporting a busy hotel kitchen.

With hands-on training from experienced chefs and opportunities to develop your culinary skills, this role offers exposure to multiple service styles in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but open to those starting out in their culinary career.
• Genuine passion for cooking and developing culinary skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a busy kitchen.
• Strong focus on food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
