City of Adelaide's Adelaide Central Market seeks a Commercial Leasing Officer to support the Manager, Commercial and Property in managing the Market’s commercial and property portfolio. You’ll focus on maintaining a strong tenant mix, supporting trader success and ensuring the Market remains fully leased and commercially sustainable.

You’ll negotiate leases, support new tenants through fit outs, manage inspections and invoicing, and contribute to improvements like Online Home Delivery and Click

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leasing of large and mix use commercial and/or retail facilities, with a track record of successful negotiations.
• Retail property management experience including end-to-end lease documentation and ongoing agreement management.
• Proven ability to provide timely, reliable and expert advice on property matters and technical knowledge of the Retail & Commercial Leases Act 1995.
• A commitment to internal and external customers demonstrated through the provision of timely, reliable and expert advice on matters within the area of responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and operate efficiently under pressure to complete work.
