Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Cluster Human Resources Administrator to support HR operations across three Perth properties. You will help with onboarding, records maintenance, recruitment support, training coordination and employee engagement initiatives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Based in the Perth area, you will collaborate with the Cluster HR team to ensure accurate HR records, compliance with policies, and smooth day-to-day HR processes while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship not offered).
• Based in Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance).
• Experience in HR administration or similar administrative role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with HR systems, recruitment platforms or payroll administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations: administer records, respond to Team Member enquiries, maintain documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: assist with new starter docs and system updates.
• Maintain HR compliance: visas, work rights, mandatory certifications, records.
• Support payroll administration: attendance systems and payroll enquiries.
• Assist learning and development: maintain training records, support initiatives.
• Support HR reporting and administration: prepare reports, process purchase orders, keep records confidential.
• Champion Team Member engagement: assist with recognition programs and internal comms.
• Assist with recruitment: onboarding, job postings, interview coordination via TMX system.
• Promote workplace safety: assist WHS admin and incident documentation.
