Hilton Perth and its two sister properties are seeking a Cluster Human Resources Administrator to provide essential HR administrative support across our three Perth-area hotels. You will help manage team member records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, coordinate training, and support engagement initiatives to foster a welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of full Australian working rights.
• Experience in HR administration or similar role, preferably hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative HR support across three Hilton properties.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain HR records.
• Support payroll queries and attendance systems.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and team engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance on visas, certifications, and records.
• Prepare HR reports and manage confidential documentation.
