Job summary

Findex in Townsville is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team. This permanent, part-time, office-based role offers an opportunity to grow with a leading accounting and financial services provider.

You will handle diverse admin tasks, manage ATO correspondence, prepare financial packages, and support invoicing and WIP. You will liaison with accountants, partners and staff to ensure exceptional client service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent phone manner and front-of-house skills.

Responsibilities

• Lodge tax returns and manage ATO correspondence.
• Prepare financial packages and manage invoicing/WIP.
• Attend to ASIC requirements and new entity establishments.
• Communicate with advisors, partners and staff to deliver service.
