NRG Cleaners is seeking a reliable cleaner to service Bathurst Army Reserve and Marrangaroo Training Depot. The role offers combined part-time hours with morning and early afternoon shifts across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The successful candidate will perform cleaning tasks across client properties, maintain equipment, and comply with health, safety, and security protocols. Australian citizenship is mandatory for access to Defence sites, with training provided after commencement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent and idependant part-time hours while working alongside an experienced team.

Available shifts & hours:

• Monday: 5 Hours
• Friday: 4 Hours

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining client properties to exceptional standards
• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting all areas
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic zones
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained
• Adhering to strict health, safety, and security protocols
• Providing outstanding customer service

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner who take pride in their work. Because these locations are strictly regulated Australian Defence sites, there are specific mandatory requirements for this role.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Australian Citizenship: This is a strict, mandatory requirement for entry onto these Defence sites.
• ADF Background Check: Willingness to undergo and pass an Australian Defence Force background check.
• Transport: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car (essential for accessing the sites and travelling between them).
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential—we provide paid training to all candidates after commencement).
• Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, alongside strong time management and organisational skills.
• Attitude: A professional, trustworthy, and punctual demeanour.
