Cove Commercial Cleaning is seeking an experienced, reliable Office Cleaner to join our Sydney team for a permanent part-time role with guaranteed hours. You’ll travel between client sites early mornings, keeping workplaces pristine so teams can start the day.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and owns a vehicle with a valid driver’s licence. Shifts are fixed on Tuesdays and Fridays with travel to 2–3 locations.

Looking for stable part-time work with guaranteed hours and your days free?

Cove Commercial Cleaning is looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-focused Office Cleaner to join our growing Sydney team.

This is a permanent part-time position with guaranteed hours, ideal for an experienced cleaner who enjoys working independently, takes genuine pride in their work and is comfortable travelling between several client locations during each shift.

You’ll be trusted to look after a small number of our valued clients, ensuring their workplaces are beautifully presented, clean and ready for their teams to start the day.

If you’re an early riser who likes to get your work done while the rest of Sydney is still waking up, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your guaranteed hours

Tuesday: 4:00am – 8:00am

Friday: 4:00am – 9:00am

These hours are fixed and non-negotiable, so please ensure you are available for both shifts before applying.

You will generally travel between 2–3 client locations per shift, with locations potentially including areas such as Wetherill Park, Oran Park and Sydney Olympic Park.

What you'll be doing

As one of our Office Cleaners, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard across our clients' workplaces. Your duties will include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning and sanitising office areas and common spaces
• Dusting and wiping desks, furniture and surfaces
• Cleaning and replenishing bathrooms, toilets and amenities
• Cleaning internal glass, windows and office glass partitioning
• Cleaning kitchens and staff areas
• Emptying general waste and recycling
• Replenishing consumables where required
• Following individual client cleaning scopes and checklists
• Identifying and reporting any issues that require attention
• Ensuring each site is left clean, professional and ready for the day ahead

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone we can rely on and trust to represent Cove Commercial Cleaning professionally at every client site.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous office or commercial cleaning experience
• A strong eye for detail and pride in your work
• The ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within allocated timeframes
• Confidence working independently without constant supervision
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Excellent reliability and punctuality – particularly given the early start times
• A professional, positive and respectful attitude
• Confidence using GPS/navigation to travel between unfamiliar client locations

Important – you must have your own vehicle

Due to the early morning hours and travel required between client sites, public transport is not suitable for this position.

You must have:

• A current Australian driver's licence
• Your own reliable and insured vehicle
• The ability and willingness to travel between 2–3 client locations during each shift
• Confidence using GPS/navigation to arrive at each location on time
