Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Supervisor: Cleaning at Holsworthy Barracks, NSW. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:06pm, with on-site duties coordinating a cleaning team and ensuring service standards.
You will supervise daily cleaning, support cleaners on site, conduct inspections, manage rosters, and ensure HSEQ compliance while delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
You will play a key role in delivering essential services within a fast-paced operational setting, working closely with site leadership and operational teams to maintain hygiene, safety, and service excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervise daily cleaning services and coordinate team activities.
Support cleaners onsite throughout the day with guidance and hands-on assistance.
Conduct walk-through inspections to confirm task completion and service standards.
Assist team members and troubleshoot onsite challenges as they arise.
Maintain clear communication with management throughout the day.
Manage scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements across the site.
Develop and maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
Ensure HSEQ compliance and uphold safety standards.
Maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards across all areas.
Provide excellent customer service and engage effectively with stakeholders.
