Job summary

Western NSW Local Health District is seeking a Manager for the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) in Dubbo/Orange, NSW. The role leads CHSP services across Western NSW LHD and partners with aged care, disability and palliative care teams to deliver care at home.

This permanent part-time position offers 20 hours per week, a salary in the $59.93 to $70.71 per hour range plus superannuation and salary packaging options, and the opportunity to contribute to reforms shaping rural health.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commonwealth Home Support Service Program (CHSP) across Western NSW LHD to deliver CHSP services.
• Support older people and families to remain supported in their home through Aged Care services.
• Collaborate with Aged Care teams to respond to health system reforms and workforce changes.
