Mounties Group in Wyong, NSW seeks an experienced Part-Time Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dining options, maintaining high standards and delivering wholesome, well-presented meals for guests.

The role requires you to work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, hold a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery and a Food Handling certificate, with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Hold a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Food Handling certificate essential.
• Experience in a kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage efficient and high-quality food preparation.
• Maintain presentation and consistency of food served.
• Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals.
• Monitor stock levels and rotate stock as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food handling practices and cleaning duties.
• Create a positive guest experience with high-quality meals.
