Qualifications

• CA or CPA with senior finance leadership background.
• Proven CFO experience in manufacturing or similar.
• Experience with PE-backed or investor-owned firms.
• Strong accounting, governance and external audit knowledge.
• Ability to act as strategic partner to CEO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to CEO, guiding financial decisions.
• Lead finance function, board reporting and consolidations.
• Oversee governance, controls, and audits.
• Manage treasury, cash flow and working capital.
• Partner with operations to drive profitability across sites.
