Job summary

Moving Forward DFV Case Management Services (Moving Forward) seeks a part-time CEO to provide operational leadership for women and children affected by domestic and family violence. You will oversee operations, accreditation, risk, and finances while guiding staff and reporting to the Board in a trauma-informed, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, management, community services or related discipline.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations of a small NFP organisation with staff and competing priorities.
• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, accreditation processes in NFPs.
• Strong financial management skills: budgeting, funding obligations, risk management.
• Experience in funded service operations and case management context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and implement Board decisions.
• Maintain organisational systems, policies, compliance and risk management.
• Lead accreditation process and quality improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and performance.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Provide regular reports to the Board on performance and delivery.
• Ensure funding obligations and reporting requirements are met.
• Support a trauma-informed, skilled workforce.
