Job summary

Penrith Women's Health Centre in Penrith, NSW, is seeking a Senior Domestic & Family Violence Case Worker to lead complex DFV case management within the Safety and Empowerment Services team. The role focuses on trauma-informed, client-centred care for women and children, including mentoring and intake support.

The position is full-time (38 hours/week), fixed-term to 30 June 2030, located in Penrith, NSW. You will provide guidance to less experienced staff and contribute to practice leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualifications in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, community services, welfare or related discipline.
• At least 3 years DFV sector experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex casework, risk assessment and safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload including complex and higher-risk presentations.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to DFV Case Workers.
• Support intake, triage and escalation of high-risk matters.
• Contribute to high-quality, culturally safe service delivery across the team.
