Job summary

AB Nurses Support Services in Melbourne's outer suburbs is seeking a casual Business Development professional to work from our Pakenham office with an immediate start. The role is 3-4 days per week, focusing on building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to grow the client base.

You will conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and prepare proposals and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment agency is preferred.
• Trades background and/or sales experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the client base.
