Job summary

Recruitment Edge is seeking a Business Development Consultant to identify, win and grow new business for both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. This part-time role focuses on outbound and relationship-led growth from Mascot/Botany in Sydney.

You will work with warm leads and an agile team to build long-term client partnerships, while shaping your own pipeline and strategy with mentoring support from experienced recruitment leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development background (minimum).
• Experience in recruitment is a plus but not essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Conduct warm and cold outreach to open new doors.
• Present Recruitment Edge solutions to prospects.
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline reporting.
