CommBank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist at the Cabramatta Branch on a part-time roster. You will engage customers to understand their banking needs, explain Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice options, and process credit applications.

You’ll conduct Financial Health Checks and demonstrate in-branch digital tools to support decisions. In a busy retail environment, you’ll deliver holistic solutions, maintain customer-centric service, and champion risk-aware processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain financial terms clearly.
• Ability to ask the right questions, provide solutions, and place the customer at the centre of everything.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment while maintaining a holistic view for customers.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice.
• Assist customers with account enquiries and process applications for credit products.
• Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess needs and identify changes.
• Educate customers and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options.
