Job summary

NAB is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor for Hills District Branches in NSW. This part-time role (Mon-Fri, 34+ hours) places you at the frontline of customer service in Norwest, Rhodes, Ryde or Macquarie Centre. No prior banking experience is required as full training is provided, with an inclusive, customer-centric culture.

You will work 9:00am–4:30pm (Mon–Wed, Fri) and 9:00am–5:30pm on Thursdays. NAB offers career development, discounts, and a broad benefits program tailored to colleagues

Responsibilities

• Support NAB's Hills District Branches by being the first point of contact for customers; place customers at the centre of all interactions.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
• Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.
