Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Retail Assistant / Clinic Manager for Top Ryde/Rhodes, NSW. This part‑time role (30 hours per week) involves greeting audiology customers, guiding pre-screening tests, troubleshooting hearing aids, and supporting daily clinic operations.

You will also lead training for the retail team to ensure high-quality audiology support and progress towards a Clinic Manager pathway with structured training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail/customer service environments is preferred.
• Ability to lead training for retail staff and advocate audiology services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Perform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance (training provided).
• Schedule appointments using the Simply Hearing system.
• Manage administrative duties for the clinic.
• Liaise with store partners and coordinate daily clinic operations.
• Lead training with the retail team as an audiology champion of the store.
