Job summary

Specsavers Audiology in NSW seeks a part-time Retail Assistant / Clinic Manager for North Rocks/North Ryde. You’ll be the first point of contact for audiology customers, handle enquiries, guide pre-screenings, and support daily clinic operations.

The role includes training to progress to Retail Clinic Manager, with hours 20-30 across 4-5 days. Mandarin is highly desirable; location across North Rocks/North Ryde NSW.

Qualifications

• ,Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with audiology customers.
• Schedule appointments through the Simply Hearing system.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting positive relationships
• Perform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance (full training provided)
• Schedule appointments through the Simply Hearing system
• Liaise with store partners and ensure smooth flow of daily clinic operations
• Lead training with the retail team as an audiology champion of the store
