Job summary

IRT Australia is seeking two Permanent Part-Time Aged Care Employee (ACE) positions at IRT Greenwell Gardens in NSW. The role supports residents' wellbeing and quality of life with shifts from 7:00am to 3:06pm, 15 hours per fortnight.

You will assist with daily living, medication, and activities, requiring Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support and a caring, empathetic approach. Flexible conditions and not-for-profit benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support or equivalent.
• Experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in the aged care sector.

Responsibilities

• Assisting our residents with their daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, personal grooming and general mobility
• Helping with medication and simple wound dressings
• Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities
