Job summary

Prospero Health & Social Care Recruitment - Australia and New Zealand – Central Coast NSW is seeking a clinically strong Registered Nurse with aged care experience for a permanent part-time role at a modern 158-bed facility on the Central Coast, NSW.

You will lead a team of Personal Care Workers, deliver resident-focused care, and work closely with other RNs. Flexible AM or PM shifts and immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time aged care RN experience in the last 2 years.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to lead PCWs.
• Full working rights in Australia; NSW-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Personal Care Workers across one facility.

Registered Nurse – Aged Care (Part-Time)

Location: Central Coast, NSW – Modern 158-bed facility
Start Date: Immediate
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Shifts Available: Choose between AM or PM shift

• AM Shift: Tuesday to Friday | 6:45am – 3:00pm
• PM Shift: Thursday to Saturday | 2:30pm – 10:30pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a clinically strong, part-time Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of full-time experience in aged care to join our client’s passionate care team. You’ll work alongside other RNs and lead a team of Personal Care Workers (PCWs) across one of their facilities.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently support care staff while delivering exceptional resident-focused care.

What We’re Looking For:
