Job summary

Recruitflex client is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a leading Australian aged care provider on a permanent part-time basis. The role offers a consistent three-night-per-week roster (Wed–Fri nights) with an optional Tuesday PM shift for extra hours.

You will support residents to live safely and with dignity, delivering high-quality clinical care and collaborating with families and the care team. AHPRA registration, 3+ years’ experience, and First Aid/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• 3+ years’ nursing experience in Australia.
• Aged care experience preferred; hospital or community RN considered.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with residents, families and team.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to satisfy a National Criminal History Check.

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent part-time basis.

Offering a consistent three-night-per-week roster across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights, this role could be ideal for an RN looking for the security of permanent employment with a predictable weekly schedule. An additional Tuesday PM shift is also available if you're looking for extra hours, but this is completely optional.

You’ll play an important role in supporting residents to live safely, comfortably and with dignity, providing high-quality clinical care while building genuine relationships with residents, their families and the wider care team.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
• Aged care experience is highly regarded, however RNs with relevant hospital or community nursing experience are also encouraged to apply
• A caring and compassionate approach, with a genuine passion for supporting older Australians to enjoy the best possible quality of life
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues and leadership
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to satisfy a National Criminal History Check
