Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a part-time Food Services Assistant in Victoria. You will assist with food and drink preparation, keep dining areas clean, rotate menus with the team, and maintain records as part of the Food Safety Program.

This role requires you to be on your feet most shifts and work as part of a caring team for residents. Experience in kitchen work is valued, especially in aged care, along with strong time management and planning skills.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in residents' lives.
• Experience in kitchen work (aged care is a bonus).
• Great time management and planning skills.
• Completed the Basic Food Handling Course.

Responsibilities

• Prepping food and drink for residents and staff.
• Cleaning including dishes and keeping areas tidy.
• Helping to change up the menu with the team.
• Keeping records as part of the Food Safety Program.
