Job summary

Estia Health Victoria Point is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, nutrition, and gentle therapies. You will work with a caring team to help residents feel heard, comfortable, and valued.

Ideally you hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and have hands-on caregiving experience, good clinical documentation and basic computer skills. This role emphasises dignity, privacy, and compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments.
• Be a friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.
