Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated care worker to support residents across our Queensland homes. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and collaborate with the team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

Essentially, a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, prior caregiver experience, and solid documentation with basic computer skills are required. We value dignity, respect, and supportive, family-like care for all residents.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents with complex needs.
• Support residents' physical and cognitive activities to promote wellbeing.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and treatments.
• Provide companionship and maintain residents' privacy and dignity.
