Opal Healthcare is Australia’s largest residential aged care provider, supporting a nationwide network of communities and teams. The Administration Officer at Ivanhoe Grand Care Community will support sales, admissions, tours, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and general reception tasks on a part-time basis (Wednesday to Friday).

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales and admissions process
• Conduct facility tours
• Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Assist with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
• Reception and other administration duties
• Managing team rosters and timesheets
• Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
• Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
• Support the implementation of approved marketing events
