Job summary

Astrum Recruitment in Western Sydney is seeking an organised Part-time Accounts Officer to join our Finance team. You will help ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately within the correct accounting period, working with internal teams, suppliers and customers.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will develop strong financial controls while gaining exposure to accounts payable, reconciliations and audit processes in a busy, established organisation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable
• Experience with Navision is beneficial
• Highly organised with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately enter supplier invoices
• Match purchase orders and process invoices
• Manage the daily Accounts Payable inbox
• Maintain supplier details in Navision
• Resolve invoice and payment issues
• Complete supplier account applications
• Reconcile intercompany invoices and purchase return orders
