Wickham Freight Lines Pty is seeking an Accounts-Admin Officer to join our Corporate Services team on a part-time basis (25–30 hours). The role focuses on accounting functions, maintaining accuracy, and supporting month-end processes across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualifications and/or a minimum of three years of accounting experience/ knowledge.
• Computer skills with ability to operate all MS Office Application with intermediate to advanced excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with Corporate and Front Line Managers.
• Operational understanding of the Agricultural industry.
• Strong Accounting knowledge and experience working in multi-company businesses.
• Clear problem solver, proven ability to apply logic or reasoning to review information, identify problems, their causes, evaluate options and select the best solution
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, including high attention to detail
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Pronto

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of reconciliations including bank, petty cash, and general ledger.
• Manage daily receipting and Pronto debtor's follow-up and AR collections
• Oversee credit card reconciliation and Concur reporting, ensuring timely employee expense processing
• Maintain and update cash reporting to reflect actual movementsConduct three-way reconciliations across the plant register, fixed asset register and insurance register
• Support timely month-end and year-end processes
• Provide general support across finance functions and assist with ad hoc duties as required
