Blacktown City Council is seeking a Parks and Gardens Worker to maintain parks, sports fields, gardens and open spaces. You will mow, edge, prune, water plant beds and manage litter, working outdoors with teamwork and pride.

As part of the Greenspace Services team, you’ll operate mowing equipment, follow safety procedures and complete required records. This permanent full-time role includes ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience with outdoor maintenance and public spaces preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Reliable and able to work in a team to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain parks, sports fields, gardens, nature strips and other public spaces.
• Mow, edge, prune, water beds, weed control and litter collection.
• Operate equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers and edgers; perform daily checks and maintenance.
