Job summary

Blue Mountains City Council is seeking a Transport Systems Officer to support the daily operations of the Visitor Pay Parking Scheme. You will process permit applications, respond to inquiries, manage service requests, and support the Bus Management System while maintaining accurate records.

You will assist with policy development and data organisation to drive service improvements. Local government experience is desirable, with flexible arrangements for full-time or part-time roles considered

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Experience with permit or booking systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Process permit applications and respond to enquiries by phone, in person, or email.
• Manage Customer Service Requests and Content Manager workflows.
• Assist with policy development and data collection for reporting.
