Eureka Villages in Geraldton is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Officer to care for our Sunshine Beach Holiday Park. This permanent, full-time role involves practical, hands-on work maintaining gardens, lawns and facilities to a high standard.
You will work independently with support from the Park Manager, respond to maintenance requests, and help keep residents and visitors safe and comfortable. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and enjoys variety.
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping gardens, grounds and facilities looking their best? Do you enjoy practical, hands-on work and being part of a community where people genuinely appreciate what you do?
Join Eureka Villages as our Grounds & Maintenance Officer in Geraldton (Sunshine Beach Holiday Park) and play an important role in keeping our park safe, welcoming and well maintained for our residents and visitors.
At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.
Our Grounds & Maintenance Officers are an important part of that experience. You'll be a familiar face around the park, helping maintain the gardens and facilities while responding to everyday maintenance needs and building positive relationships with residents.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll work as part of the onsite team while having the independence to identify what needs doing and get on with the job.
Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you'll contribute to a community that residents are proud to call home.
This is a practical role for someone who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
From maintaining lawns and gardens to completing everyday repairs, you'll help ensure the park remains safe, functional and presented to a high standard.
At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
One morning you might be mowing and tidying the grounds, before helping a resident with a maintenance request. Later, you could be repairing a fixture, pressure cleaning an outdoor area or identifying something that needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem.
You'll spend plenty of time outdoors and on your feet, and you'll need to be comfortable working independently and using your initiative.
Most importantly, you'll be working around people's homes. Being friendly, respectful and willing to help matters just as much as being handy with the tools.
We're looking for someone practical, dependable and safety-conscious who takes genuine pride in their work.
