Our client is a respected financial advice firm with a substantial fee‑for‑service client base, specialising in retirement, superannuation and strategic advice.

They are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support 2 advisers with strategy development and documentation, particularly for retirement and recontribution strategies.

About the Role

You will work closely with advisers to support high‑quality advice delivery, including:

• Fact find conditioning and strategy support
• Preparation of Statements of Advice (SoAs and RoAs)
• Supporting retirement planning, pension and recontribution strategies
• Working within established advice frameworks and processes
• Liaising with advisers to ensure accuracy and quality of advice documents

About You

• 3‑5+ years’ experience as a Paraplanner in an Australian advice firm
• Strong understanding of retirement strategies, superannuation and pensions
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working closely with advisers in an office‑based environment
• Experience with Midwinter highly regarded
