Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent financial planning qualification.
• Previous paraplanning experience within an Australian financial advice practice.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience producing compliant advice documents.

My Online Adviser is looking for an experienced Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner to join our team in a fully remote role. While this position can be performed from anywhere in Australia, applicants located on the Sunshine Coast will be highly regarded, as we enjoy occasional in-person collaboration and team catch-ups.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys traditional paraplanning but is also eager to embrace the next evolution of financial advice through automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative technology.

About the Role

Working alongside a team of Advisers, Client Service Officers and operational specialists, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality advice documentation and supporting the delivery of compliant, efficient and client-focused financial advice.

You'll utilise industry-leading software and play an active role in helping develop and manage AI-powered workflows and digital solutions that enhance the client experience and improve business efficiency.
