Job summary

Bentley is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our CBD-based financial planning team serving high-net-worth clients. You will engage in strategy development, research and modelling, collaborating with advisers to craft tailored solutions for complex client circumstances.

Qualifications

• Paraplanning experience in a financial planning practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of holistic financial planning strategies.
• Experience with superannuation, investments, retirement and risk advice.
• Exposure to SMSFs, trusts, estate planning and entity structures advantageous.
• Proficient in Xplan and financial planning software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and model complex financial planning strategies for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Prepare comprehensive SOAs and ROAs across a range of advice areas.
• Conduct detailed research, calculations and scenario modelling.
• Analyse client structures including trusts, SMSFs and multiple entities.

About the Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced Paraplanner to join a highly respected financial planning firm with a longstanding reputation for delivering bespoke advice to HNW clients. Unlike traditional paraplanning positions, this role offers significant involvement in strategy development, research and financial modelling, working closely with advisers to design tailored solutions for complex client circumstances.

You will collaborate with advisers and fellow paraplanners to develop sophisticated advice strategies and produce high quality documentation that supports exceptional client outcomes.

• Develop and model complex financial planning strategies for HNW clients
