Spicers Australia is seeking a Machine Operator - Rewinder for the Direct Paper team based in Dingley. You will operate the Catbridge rewinder to convert paper rolls into sheets and ensure quality and safety in a busy warehouse.

Working 40 hours per week from 6.00am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. Training will be provided, and the role falls under the site Enterprise Agreement with an hourly rate of $35.82.

Qualifications

• Experience in a rewind, finishing or production role.
• Able to operate machinery and tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Willing to learn and be trained on specialist equipment.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate the Catbridge rewinder.
• Rewind paper to customer specifications.
• Visually check paper for faults or damage.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organised.
• Work with warehouse team and management.
• Follow job instructions and safety procedures.
