Visy Group is hiring for a 12-month fixed-term role at Reservoir, Victoria. You will operate and monitor a large-scale paper machine, troubleshoot faults, and perform routine checks while contributing to safety and efficiency in a busy manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

• Strong reliability and ownership in a busy manufacturing environment.

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery operation and maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, trades or hands-on setting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the paper machine to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Troubleshoot faults and support resolving equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Carry out routine machine checks and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.
• Work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement.
