Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the paper machine to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Troubleshoot faults and support resolving equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Carry out routine machine checks and assist with preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.
• Work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiative.
