Capital SMART in Chatswood is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to deliver high-quality repairs within a leading network. You will work in a modern, well-equipped workshop following SMART processes and safety standards.

Formación

• Panel Beater trade qualification with NSW Trade Licence.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in repairs.

• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise repair tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Complete scheduled repair jobs following SMART processes.
• Assist with vehicle assembly when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop under policies.
• Adhere to WHS and Quality Assurance procedures.
• Respect customer vehicles and company equipment.
• Contribute to a positive workshop culture.

Are you an experienced Panel Beater who takes pride in producing high-quality work? Join a trusted, industry-leading repair network where you'll work with a supportive team, follow strong processes, and deliver exceptional repairs for customers every day.

Based in Chatswood, this is a role from 6.30 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday - Your overtime is guaranteed!

What You'll Do:

• Completing scheduled repair jobs following the SMART processes and repair principles
• Assisting with vehicle assembly when needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times (Clean Workspace Policy)
• Adhering strictly to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies and procedures
• Respecting customer vehicles and company equipment
• Contributing to a positive, respectful culture within the workshop

What We're Looking for:

• Trade qualification as a Panel Beater & current NSW Trade Licence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repairs
• A customer-first mindset, with a commitment to quality work every time
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise repair tasks efficiently
• A calm, reliable approach under pressure and during busy periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Interest in cars and pride in your craft
